About the role

AXA Philippines is seeking a Financial Advisor to join our team in Dagupan City, Pangasinan on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial guidance and advice to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their financial future. As a Financial Advisor, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships whilst identifying opportunities to support their financial goals and aspirations. This position offers flexibility whilst contributing meaningfully to our clients' financial wellbeing and our company's growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial situations, objectives, and risk tolerance to develop personalised financial plans and recommendations
• Provide expert advice on insurance products, investment options, savings plans, and other financial solutions tailored to individual client needs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and exceptional service delivery
• Identify new business opportunities and expand client base through referrals, networking, and community engagement in the Dagupan City area
• Educate clients on financial planning concepts, investment strategies, and the importance of adequate insurance coverage
• Prepare detailed financial plans and product proposals that align with client goals and circumstances
• Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing guidance to ensure financial plans remain relevant and effective
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Stay updated on AXA Philippines products, services, and industry trends to provide current and relevant advice

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in financial advisory, sales, or related financial services roles
• Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, investment products, and insurance solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and generate business through networking
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Professional certification such as Financial Planning certification or equivalent qualifications preferred
• Valid insurance agent licence or willingness to obtain one as required by regulatory authorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with financial planning software
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to providing honest, client-centred advice
• Flexibility and adaptability to work part-time hours as per business requirements
