Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement
  Meet with individuals, families, and businesses to understand financial goals.
• Financial Planning
  Assess client situations and design tailored strategies for retirement, education, and wealth management.
• Insurance & Investment Solutions
  Offer AXA’s life insurance, health, and investment products aligned with client needs.
• Sales & Business Development
  Prospect new clients, achieve sales targets, and qualify for commissions and incentives.
• Ongoing Support
  Provide after-sales service, policy renewals, and claims assistance.
• Compliance & Training
  Adhere to Insurance Commission regulations and complete AXA’s professional development programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Finance-related preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Passion for sales, client service, and financial planning.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a valid Insurance Commission (IC) license.
