About the role

Allianz PNB Life, Inc. is seeking a Financial Advisor to join our dynamic team in Butuan City, Agusan del Norte. This is a part-time position that offers flexibility whilst providing meaningful financial guidance to our clients. As a Financial Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our superannuation and insurance operations, helping individuals and families make informed decisions about their financial futures. This position is integral to our mission of delivering comprehensive financial solutions and building long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance to develop personalised financial plans
• Provide expert advice on superannuation products, investment options, and retirement planning strategies
• Present and recommend appropriate insurance and superannuation solutions tailored to client needs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up and ongoing support
• Prepare comprehensive financial documentation and illustrations for clients
• Stay informed of regulatory requirements and compliance obligations within the superannuation and insurance industry
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities whilst maintaining high standards of client service
• Attend product training sessions and professional development activities to enhance expertise

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualification in financial services, superannuation, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong understanding of superannuation products, investment principles, and retirement planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse client groups
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, accessible language
• Sound knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements applicable to the insurance and superannuation industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills, particularly important for part-time work arrangements
• Genuine commitment to providing ethical, client-focused financial advice
• Proficiency in using financial planning software and Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the local area to meet clients
• Previous experience in financial advisory or sales within the superannuation sector is highly desirable
