Financial Advisor

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Financial Advisor to join our team. The role involves assisting clients in understanding their financial needs and providing suitable solutions based on their personal goals, budget, and lifestyle.

You will be exposed to areas such as financial planning, savings, wealth management, and protection solutions including takaful. Training and guidance will be provided to help you develop your knowledge, communication, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Meet and communicate with clients to understand their financial needs, priorities, and future goals
2. Conduct financial reviews and identify suitable areas for savings, financial planning, and protection
3. Introduce suitable financial and takaful solutions based on clients' needs and budget
4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and reviews
5. Provide ongoing assistance and customer service to clients
6. Identify potential clients through referrals, social media, networking, events, and other platforms
7. Arrange appointments and conduct professional client consultations
8. Assist clients with applications, documentation, and necessary follow-ups
9. Keep client information and records organised and up to date
10. Attend regular training, workshops, and coaching sessions to improve financial knowledge and professional skills
11. Follow company guidelines and maintain professional and ethical standards

2. Friendly, confident, and comfortable meeting new people
3. Interested in financial planning and helping people achieve their financial goals
4. Willing to learn and attend regular training and workshops
5. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
6. Able to build and maintain good relationships with clients
7. Fresh graduates and candidates from different backgrounds are welcome to apply
8. No prior experience in financial planning or takaful is required; training and guidance will be provided
