Financial Advisor

Wanher Farms is looking for an experienced and commercially minded *Financial Advisor* to provide strategic financial guidance, strengthen financial planning and controls, and support management in making informed business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounting & finance, preferably ACCA qualified or a qualified Accountant, with proven experience in the FMCG, food processing, manufacturing, agriculture, or related sectors*.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial advice to management.

* Monitor financial performance, profitability, cash flows, and operational costs.

* Develop and review budgets, financial models, and business forecasts.

* Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved financial efficiency.

* Analyze business investments, projects, and expansion opportunities.

* Ensure effective financial controls, reporting systems, and compliance.

* Review financial statements and provide actionable insights to senior management.

* Support management in financial planning and business strategy.

* Liaise with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other financial stakeholders when required.

* Assess financial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

* Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and overall liquidity.

* Ensure financial practices align with applicable regulatory and organizational requirements. Required Qualifications & Experience

* *ACCA Qualified / Part-qualified* or professionally qualified in *Accounting & Finance*.

* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field will be preferred.

* *Proven professional experience in the same or closely related sector*, preferably FMCG, food manufacturing, agriculture, distribution, or manufacturing.

* Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.

* Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, taxation, and business finance.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

* Strong command of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

Preferred Profile

* Candidates with *prior experience working with military, defence, government, or military-affiliated organizations/domains* will be preferred.

* Experience in organizations with structured financial controls, procurement systems, compliance frameworks, or large-scale operations will be an added advantage.

* Strong commercial understanding and ability to translate financial data into practical business recommendations.
