Financial Advisor

Role: Financial Advisor responsible for developing client relationships, providing advice, and supporting financial and estate planning needs.

Responsibilities:

• Drive market growth, revenue, and profitability goals.
• Communicate the firm’s value proposition and advice-based services.
• Develop client relationships through internal and external referral sources.
• Coordinate with teams in Financial Planning, Brokerage, Trust, Insurance, and Family Office.
• Conduct client meetings, annual reviews, and evaluate financial objectives.
• Stay informed on market trends and investment solutions.
• Engage community networks for business development.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Financial Services.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Licenses: Series 7, and either 66 or 63/65; Life & Health certifications; additional certifications encouraged.
• Strong consultative sales, business development, and communication skills.
