What You’ll Do

As a Financial Advisor, you’ll work directly with individuals and families to deliver personalized, goals-based financial strategies. You’ll simplify complex topics—like market volatility, fees, and taxes—and guide clients toward smarter financial decisions.

• Source and acquire new clients to build your book of business
• Deliver comprehensive financial planning (investments, insurance, retirement)
• Educate clients through an advice-first, education-driven approach
• Grow your business through networking, referrals, and personal market development
• Take ownership of building a sustainable and scalable book of business

Training & Development

Our 8-week training program and ongoing mentorship are designed to accelerate your success. You’ll gain real-world experience, learn proven client strategies, and develop the skills needed to grow a long-term business.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
• Coachable and committed to continuous improvement

Licensing & Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Life & Health Insurance licenses (required)
• Series 65 license preferred (or willingness to obtain within first year of employment)
• Prior financial services or sales experience is a plus
