Responsibilities:

• Identify clients’ insurance and financial protection needs.
• Explain suitable insurance plans, benefits, coverage, and terms.
• Provide professional advice based on clients’ requirements.
• Assist clients with policy applications and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up on policy servicing and customer enquiries.
• Conduct regular policy reviews and recommend appropriate updates.
• Support clients during claims and policy-related matters.
• Develop new business through networking and referrals.
• Maintain compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Requirement:

• Minimun SPM (5 credits) / Diploma / Degree
• Male or Female
• Aged 21 years and Above
• No experience needed. Training Provided
• Must posses own transport
• Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply
• Interested in the fields of finance, wealth planning, and personal development
• Posses a positive attitude, discipline, and a willingness to learn
• Good communication skill in both English & Malay
