Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Financial Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Financial Advisor, you will provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to clients, helping them navigate their financial futures.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing ongoing financial advice and services

· Conduct in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances, current provisions, and future aims

· Advise clients on investment strategies, retirement planning, insurance, and other financial products

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other prospecting methods

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements

· Prepare and present detailed financial plans and reports to clients

· Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Financial Advisor or relevant role

· Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and financial planning

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit

· Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) preferred

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred

· FINRA Series Licenses. 65 Preferred

· Florida Insurance License. 215 Preferred
