Job Summary

Are you a qualified, Financial Adviser looking for a new role with a successful Chartered financial planning practise?

This role primarily covers the Swansea to Cardiff area, so you would need to be within easy commuting distance of these cities.

Responsibilities

• To provide high-quality, holistic financial advice to clients, building and maintaining trusted relationships with our clients whilst taking account of their individual financial needs and objectives.
• To identify opportunities to support clients with their wider financial planning needs contributing to the growth of the business from our existing relationships, referrals, new enquiries and from your own professional connections and any existing clients of your own.
• Working closely with our paraplanning and support teams, you will be able to ensure clients receive a professional, personal, and compliant service.

Experience

• At least 5 years experience: Hold as a minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning with a current SPS and Competent Adviser Status.
• An ambitious mindset and be commercially focused: Strong client relationship-building skills and a proven desire to develop existing and new business.
• Excellent communication skills, and a good knowledge of FCA best practise requirements, be professional and organised who wants to work in a business with a collaborative approach to delivering a high-quality service to clients.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for helping others achieve their financial aspirations.

This position is with Cosgrove Brown Financial Planning – an appointed representative of Quilter Financial Planning. We provide a broad range of wealth management and financial planning services to our clients.

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
