Ideal Background

• Five or more years as a Financial Advisor
• Minimum of approximately $15 million in assets under management, with $25 million or more preferred
• Proven ability to build and retain client relationships
• Comprehensive financial planning approach (see below)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to continue growing
