Key Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.

Present and sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses, explaining coverage options and benefits.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide the best advice and service to clients.

Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications:

Matric and or an industry related qualification

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
