Role & responsibilities

• Meeting New prospect to acquire new investor.
• Provide Financial Guidance
• Connect with the existing investor either on phone calls or online channels.
• Conducting portfolio Reviews Either physically or online
• Recording all the work done on Zoho CRM
• Follow Up with Prospects and Clients:
• Ensure Compliance and Ethical Practices
• Build Strong Client Relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• NISM certifications preferred (e.g., NISM Series V-A Mutual Fund Distributors, NISM Series XA/XB for PMS, or equivalent).
• AMFI Registration Number (ARN) — mandatory or willingness to obtain within a defined timeline.
• Working knowledge of Mutual Funds, PMS, SIF, ETFs, Index Funds, Bank FD/RD, PPF, EPF, SCSS, and other traditional & market-linked instruments.
• Strong understanding of financial planning concepts — asset allocation, risk profiling, taxation, and goal-based investing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho Recruit/CRM or similar) and MS Office/Excel.
• Self-motivated with strong ethics, integrity, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Prior experience in a broking house, AMC, bank, or wealth management firm is an added advantage.
