Position Overview

Caelum Agency is seeking motivated, results-oriented, and client-focused individuals to join our team as Financial Advisors. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to understand financial goals, priorities, and protection needs.
• Apply a needs-based selling approach to recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through professional service and ongoing engagement.
• Build a client base through prospecting, referrals, networking, and other business development activities.
• Meet established production, activity, and collection targets.
• Participate in training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with sales and client-facing activities, or willing to develop these skills.
• Strong interest in consultative selling and needs-based financial planning.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and accountable for results.
• Willingness to learn, prospect consistently, and work toward defined business goals.
• Experience in sales, business development, banking, insurance, or client relations is an advantage.
