Our team at Manulife Dumaguete Branch is looking for motivated and goal-driven individuals to join our growing organization as Financial Advisor. This is a commission-based position offering 25%–35% sales commission plus 12.5% override commissions, with potential monthly earnings of ₱30,000 to ₱100,000+, depending on performance.As a Financial Advisor, you will help clients secure their financial future by providing personalized solutions in insurance, investments, health, and retirement planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional financial advice based on clients’ needs, goals, and risk profiles
• Present and explain Manulife products such as life insurance, health plans, HMO, investments, education, and retirement plans
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Conduct client meetings, financial reviews, and needs analyses
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and personal marketing initiatives
• Assist clients with policy applications, documentation, and after-sales service
• Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and compliance standards
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance targets

• At least college level (graduates preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales, marketing, or customer service experience is an advantage
• Willing to be trained and licensed as a Financial Advisor
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
