Role Description This is a full-time Financial Advisor role based in Singapore, offered in a hybrid work arrangement with flexibility for some work from home. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to assess their financial goals, risk profile, and current financial situation, and develop tailored plans for wealth accumulation, protection, and retirement. The role includes analyzing investments, recommending suitable products, and reviewing portfolios regularly to ensure they remain aligned with client objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve explaining complex financial concepts in accessible terms, supporting clients in implementing recommended strategies, and maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Financial Advisor will collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver integrated solutions across insurance, investments, and retirement planning.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory, including the ability to develop comprehensive, client-centric financial plans.
• Candidates should possess solid Finance and Investments skills, with the capability to analyze products, markets, and portfolio performance.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Retirement Planning, with experience designing long-term strategies for income, savings, and asset preservation.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, present recommendations clearly, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess relevant academic qualifications in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, local regulatory licenses) are advantageous.
• Candidates should possess high ethical standards, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
