Financial Advisor (Part-time)

As a Unit Manager, you will lead, develop, and support a team of Financial Advisors while helping drive business growth. You will be responsible for recruiting potential advisors, providing guidance and coaching, and creating a productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Financial Advisors.
• Guide team members in achieving their individual and team goals.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Assist Financial Advisors in client meetings, presentations, and business activities.
• Develop strategies to help the team grow its client base and business.
• Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance discussions.
• Motivate and inspire team members to improve their skills and productivity.
• Help ensure that team activities follow company policies and standards.
• Continuously develop your leadership, sales, and management skills.
