Minimum Requirements

• Age: 22 to 40 (select tier listings extend up to 45).
• Education: Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's degree course.
• Experience: Open to fresh graduates, driven career shifters, or professionals with sales/business experience (Tier 2 tracks may require prior work experience and verified baseline income).
• Licensing: Willingness to take and pass the Insurance Commission (IC) licensing exam for traditional life insurance and financial advisors.
• Tech Requirements: Must own a laptop and have a stable internet connection for digital tools and hybrid work operations.
