Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely support throughout the pre-sales process, including product information, case design support, illustrations, and resource navigation.
• Respond to inbound and outbound inquiries from internal partners and external stakeholders in a professional, customer-focused manner.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to support business priorities and resolve inquiries.
• Coordinate information, tools, and resources to ensure efficient team workflows.
• Maintain a strong understanding of products, processes, and systems to effectively support sales activities.
• Follow established best practices while contributing ideas to improve processes and team effectiveness.
• Assist in developing materials and messaging for sales initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Life Insurance and Annuities experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to interpret product information and communicate it clearly.
• Experience working in a high-volume, service-oriented environment.
• Interest in advancing into sales, distribution, or technical support roles.
