Financial Advisory Associate / Senior Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Associate / Senior Associate to join our growing Financial Advisory team. This role provides exposure to a wide range of advisory engagements involving businesses at different stages of their lifecycle, from growth and transaction opportunities to restructuring situations and stakeholder-led matters. The role offers a unique opportunity to develop a broad skillset across financial analysis, business advisory, transaction support and special situations, while working directly with experienced professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse financial statements, cash flows, business performance and operating trends.
• Conduct financial, market and commercial research to support client engagements.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, proposals and other client deliverables.
• Gather, verify and analyse financial and operational information from various stakeholders.
• Perform financial modelling and data analysis.
• Support the execution of advisory engagements and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with professional standards, regulatory requirements and internal quality procedures.
• Provide administrative support for ongoing engagements.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial information and draw meaningful insights.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Comfortable with Copilot.
• A proactive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in accounting, audit, advisory, corporate finance, restructuring, transactions or related fields would be advantageous but is not essential.
