Financial Advisory Support

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide financial advisory support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries related to portfolio management, investment advisory, and wealth management.
• Offer excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• 1-6 years' experience in financial advisory roles such as portfolio management, investment advisory, or wealth management.
• Candidates with Finance Background can apply.
• Excellent Verbal Communication skills required for this job role.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), preferably from a reputed institution.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations; knowledge of mutual funds is an added advantage.
