Your First 90 Days

At Casa Financial Agency, your onboarding experience is designed to help you develop personally, professionally, and financially.

During your first 90 days, you will:

• Receive hands-on coaching and mentorship
• Learn life insurance and retirement planning concepts
• Develop leadership and communication skills
• Build confidence serving clients
• Strengthen consistency, discipline, and business skills

This is a growth-focused environment for individuals who are committed to building a meaningful long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to discuss financial goals
• Educate clients on life insurance and retirement solutions
• Conduct financial strategy consultations
• Build lasting client relationships
• Generate and follow up on leads through networking and marketing
• Maintain professionalism and compliance with industry standards
• Grow into future leadership and mentorship opportunities

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Consistent and self-motivated
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to pass a background check

Compensation

1099 Independent Contractor Position

Potential earnings include:

• First-year earning potential: $50,000–$100,000+
• Monthly earning potential: $5,000–$20,000+
• Uncapped income potential
• Bonuses and leadership incentives

Actual earnings depend on licensing, individual performance, effort, and production. Earnings are not guaranteed.

Startup Requirement

Applicants should be willing to invest up to $199 toward licensing support, training systems, technology access, and business resources.
