Job Description

• Provide hands-on operational support to Media and Finance teams to maintain accurate budgets, pacing, purchase orders, reconciliations, and billing records.
• Connect media activity with finance operations to support budget visibility, transaction processing, and timely issue resolution across multiple stakeholders and platforms.
• Execution-focused role partnering closely with internal stakeholders to keep financial records aligned and up to date.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and AI solutions to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across Finance Operations.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional Support: Partner with Media and Finance stakeholders to ensure financial processes and information remain aligned and up to date.
• Process Improvement & AI: Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and AI solutions to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across Finance Operations.
• Financial Controls & Reporting: Monitor budget utilization, identify risks or discrepancies, and support regular financial reporting.
• Billing & Reconciliation: Partner with Media, Finance, agencies, and vendors to resolve billing and reconciliation discrepancies.
• PO & Funding Management: Support PO management, budget transfers, funding changes, and related finance workflows.
• Budget & Financial Operations: Support budget tracking, checkbook QA, reconciliation, and overall financial accuracy across media investments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital media, marketing, advertising, or finance operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large datasets, reconciliations, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with purchase orders, media billing, budget tracking, or financial reconciliation.
• Comfortable working across Media, Finance, agencies, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of media planning/buying workflows.
• Familiarity with Databricks or similar data platforms.
• Experience using AI tools or automation to improve finance or operational processes.

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $42.77/hour
