Financial Analyst-BA

1. Basic knowledge of finance and accounting, with relevant accounting coursework completed or at least 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and commonly used functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS), with the ability to prepare reports, analyze data, and create presentations in PowerPoint.
3. Strong cross-functional communication and project coordination skills, with the ability to proactively align resources and drive execution.
4. Highly detail-oriented with strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking skills; able to identify issues and provide recommendations based on data insights.
5. Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality deliverables.
6. 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred. This role is targeted toward early- to mid-career professionals who can work independently and demonstrate strong growth potential.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, business performance analysis, or cost analysis.
2. Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools such as Power BI and Power Query.
3. Strong understanding of Texas business culture and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and resolve issues across different levels of management.
