Financial Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Budget Management: Oversee the company's comprehensive budget management, coordinate the preparation of annual and quarterly operating budgets for all departments, track monthly budget execution, analyze revenue and expenditure variances, and produce budget variance analysis reports.
• Business & Profitability Analysis: Conduct company-level operating and profitability analysis, break down revenue, costs, and losses for auto loan products, dealer channels, and subsidy campaigns; calculate the true profitability of products and channels, and provide business diagnosis conclusions with optimization recommendations.
• Asset Quality Financial Analysis: Monitor overdue assets, bad debt provisions, and disposal recovery data; calculate financial losses from non-performing assets; provide data support for risk control and post-loan optimization.
• Dashboard & Reporting: Build a core KPI dashboard for operations, regularly produce monthly business analysis reports, accurately reflect current status of revenue, expense ratios, profit margins, and other key metrics to support management decision-making.
• Financial Planning & Forecasting: Conduct ex-ante financial analysis for new projects and marketing campaigns, evaluate ROI and break-even points; prepare rolling cash flow forecasts, anticipate funding gaps, collaborate with the treasury team on liquidity planning, and assist in reporting financial and operational data to headquarters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Accounting, or Economics preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), business forecasting, and budget management within Indonesian auto finance, consumer finance, or financial leasing industry; experience working with Chinese companies' overseas financial reporting is preferred.
• Proficient in Indonesian (read/write), able to independently prepare analysis reports and business briefings; basic English proficiency is preferred for coordinating with headquarters' English business reports.
• Proficient in Excel; understanding of Indonesian financial industry asset provision rules and financial leasing interest calculation logic.
• Strong logical analysis skills, able to translate financial data into business-friendly insights; excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills; able to accept periodic overtime during month-end and quarter-end reporting periods; highly data-sensitive.
• Strictly maintain confidentiality of sensitive business data including operating profits, core costs, and channel profitability; provide objective analysis conclusions without data manipulation.
• Familiar with the full auto finance business process; experience with headquarters consolidated reporting and practical experience in financial calculation of overdue provisions.
• Language Required: Advanced English. Mandarin is a plus.
