Financial Analyst

Role Description The Financial Analyst role is a part-time, remote position responsible for supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities for ADH. This role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, analyzing budget variances, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with finance and operational teams to evaluate the financial impact of ongoing and new logistics services, monitor key performance indicators, and assist in forecasting and cost analysis. Day-to-day tasks also involve maintaining accurate financial records, contributing to management reports, and recommending improvements to financial processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform Financial Planning and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making.
• Knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to prepare, review, and analyze reports.
• Solid understanding of Finance principles, including cost analysis, profitability, and cash flow.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel); experience with ERP or financial systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Detail-oriented working style, strong numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Turkish language skills are a plus.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or industrial services sectors is beneficial.
