Financial Analyst

• Developing and managing accurate financial budgets, analyzing financial data, providing recommendations to senior management for optical decision making.
• Preparing and analyzing the company’s Sprint, MDR and PGR reports. Analyzing deviations and providing recommended action plans for improvements.
• Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Collaborating with relevant departments to gather necessary information and address any issues related to IFRS reporting.
• Be the key finance partner with the sales team. Preparing OE/Revenue sales differences between budget and actual results, and promptly tracking and reporting results.
• Supporting the sales colleagues for their sales target achievement evaluation, rationality of price discount offerings, and conducting reviews of profit margins.
• Responsible for tracking and analyzing sales performance and finance results for the APAC entities and providing recommendations for regional optimization.
• Analyze the differences of sales OE/Revenue results of budget, forecast and actual figures. Strong ability to track the reasons promptly.
• Responsible for tracking and analyzing sales orders and performance in the Asia-Pacific region, and providing recommendations for regional optimization.
• Participate in financial audits and compliance checks to ensure data accuracy and standardization. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Infor system.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in and across the department.
• Good English proficiency and ability to handle pressure.
