Financial analysis and Report

• Develop a monthly business review package to cover all business function performance.
• Analyze current and past trends in a key performance indicator of all project and business unit.
• Monitoring, highlighting, and analyzing causes of variance for the related project and business unit vs target or prior forecast on a timely basis.
• Summarize gross profit by services and channel and explain variance/fluctuation
• Update financial models and analysis, maintain models up to date with additional inputs and changes
• Monitor general operating to ensure company actual performance in line with company budget and strategic direction

Planning and Budgeting

• Support Rolling financial forecast and align with each team operation
• Support - Budget Monitoring and Controlling, Management Report, Project feasibilities budget and Cashflow management
• Coordinate and manage to develop yearly strategic plan, budgeting including yearly and monthly financial forecasting.
• Create a financial analysis model to support a project and a new business opportunity feasibility study.

Others

• Being a business partner with all related business functions to support a business decision on the financial concerned matter.
• Support and Handle assigned Ad-hoc assignment from supervisor
• Actively Participates in Company improvement projects, initiatives, and teamwork to ensure the achievement of project objectives
