ABOUT THE ROLE

Join Trianz's Commercial Intelligence Group, Business Finance & Revenue Assurance (RACI) organization, supporting our Transformation Services and Concierto Platform businesses.

This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Sales, Customer Intelligence, and Delivery. You will help evaluate deal economics, forecast revenue, analyze customer profitability, and provide commercial insights that support growth, expansion, and recurring revenue strategies.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial fundamentals with the ability to translate business data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Planning & Commercial Analysis

• Support revenue forecasting, pricing analysis, budgeting, and financial modelling across services and platform businesses
• Analyze deal profitability, customer economics, and business performance to support commercial decision-making
• Build scenarios and sensitivities for strategic initiatives, partnerships, investments, and new offerings

Customer Value & Revenue Insights

• Support customer lifetime value (LTV), account profitability, and revenue expansion analyses
• Partner with Customer Intelligence, Sales, and Delivery teams to validate growth assumptions and commercial business cases
• Track key commercial metrics including pipeline progression, bookings, backlog, recurring revenue, and customer profitability

Revenue Assurance & Governance

• Reconcile contracts, bookings, revenue forecasts, and billing data to identify inconsistencies and revenue leakage risks
• Support implementation and compliance of revenue recognition, pricing, and billing policies
• Help improve financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy across the business

Reporting & Decision Support

• Develop dashboards, reports, and executive-ready analyses for leadership reviews
• Present insights, trends, and recommendations that improve forecasting accuracy and business performance
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• 5-6 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Revenue Operations, or Management Consulting
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables, lookups, scenario analysis, and financial modelling
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex data, and influence decision making
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Delivery, HR and Operations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting IT Services, Cloud, SaaS, Managed Services, Platform, or Technology businesses
• Understanding of customer profitability, recurring revenue models, pricing strategies, and commercial analytics
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Salesforce, or similar reporting tools
• Familiarity with cloud transformation, software licensing, or consumption-based business models
