• Prepare detailed financial reports for internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial model development, spreadsheets, and financial analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statement interpretation, and accounting software.
• Demonstrated expertise in quantitative analysis within financial markets or real estate sectors.
• Knowledge of financial concepts related to investment banking, asset management, and portfolio management.
• Excellent math skills combined with the ability to construct complex financial models from scratch.
• Familiarity with financial software platforms used for reporting and analysis.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
