Financial Analyst

Join a growing manufacturing team where you'll play a key role in supporting month-end close, fixed assets, accounting, financial reporting, and business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare journal entries
• Manage fixed assets, tooling accounting, reconciliations, and capital expenditures
• Support month-end close, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations
• Assist with audits, financial planning, and special accounting projects
• Analyze costs and prepare financial reports using advanced Excel

What We're Looking For:

• BS Degree
• 3+ years of finance or accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work directly for the employer
• Currently in Ohio
