Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial analysis using advanced tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel to interpret data trends and forecast future performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key financial metrics clearly to stakeholders across departments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes by leveraging ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics GP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research projects related to investment opportunities, market analysis, and financial services strategies.
• Perform auditing procedures on financial records to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Utilize accounting software such as Hyperion and Cognos for consolidations, reporting, and data management tasks.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives by refining existing processes through automation with VBA or other scripting languages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
• Proven experience in financial analysis within investment banking or financial services sectors.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel (advanced functions), Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook; familiarity with VBA scripting is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of databases such as SQL, Oracle, and NetSuite for data extraction and management.
• Expertise in business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, Cognos for data visualization and reporting purposes.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Hyperion for financial planning and analysis.
• Excellent research capabilities combined with strong analysis skills to interpret complex datasets accurately.
• Bilingual proficiency in French is desirable to support diverse client needs.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong math skills coupled with a solid understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, budgeting processes, and investment analysis techniques.

Pay: $50,815.20-$99,575.42 per year
