Financial Analyst

该职位来源于猎聘 The Aim Of The Position Is A financial analyst works closely with business team to leverage financial data to support decision-making, control risks, and improve profitability.

• Track actual business performance, analyze budget variances, identify root causes, and recommend adjustments.
• Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of marketing campaigns and channel in-vestments. Conduct special analysis as requested by business teams, such as promotion effectiveness, and customer profitability etc.
• Participate in project approval reviews and assess risks and returns from a financial perspective.
• Conduct authenticity verification of sales information and liaise with the sales department to cross-check and confirm details.
• Support the implementation of Internal Control System within the company, ensuring controls are properly embedded in daily operations.
• Assis in communication and coordination between the Group, China entity and cross-functional departments to ensure control requirements are clearly understood and consistently applied.
• Any ad hoc jobs required by the line manager. Qualifications:
• Financial analysis experience with 2-3 years in a foreign company
• Finance and Accounting majored bachelor degree
• Experienced in planning, forecasting and treasury management
• Clear thinking and good English skill in reading and writing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and a proactive, responsible working attitude
