Financial Analyst

About the role

Chef's Secret Inc. is seeking a dual-role professional to streamline financial operations and provide high-level administrative support to the executive team. This position combines financial analysis (60%) with executive assistance (40%).

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Conduct variance analysis, cost-benefit studies, and profitability assessments
• Manage budgeting, forecasting models, and cash flow projections
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency gains across food operations
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present data-driven recommendations to leadership
• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics
• Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external partners
• Draft high-level correspondence, board presentations, and meeting minutes
• Handle sensitive information and business documents with strict confidentiality
• Oversee special administrative projects and daily office operations as needed

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or a demanding executive assistant role
• Experience in the food, beverage, or hospitality industry is a major plus
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, financial modeling) and accounting software
• Exceptional organizational habits, sharp attention to detail, and fluent written and verbal communication
