Financial Analyst

As Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in providing financial analysis and reporting to support business performance and growth

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders, driving company value through data-driven insights, budgeting, and performance analysis
• Prepare regular management reports with metrics, KPI's and variance analysis for management reporting & decision making
• Perform annual budget, quarterly forecast and trend analysis
• Establish analytical processes, financial modeling and develop analysis for financial or business issues
• Engage in various ad-hoc projects as required (e.g. control & process improvement, system implementation etc.)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• CPA or ACCA qualified or equivalent is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis role with 1-2 years of experience to handle full set of account and / or audit firm background
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business and financial data
• High proficient in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with internal/external stakeholders
• Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Be able to work independently under minimal supervision
• Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior Financial Analyst
