Financial Analyst

Responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. The role requires strong understanding of core finance concepts, including P&L, Balance Sheet, OpEx, and CapEx, along with advanced Excel skills to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial performance and prepare P&L and Balance Sheet reporting.
Manage and analyze Operating Expenses (OpEx) and Capital Expenditures (CapEx).
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Perform variance analysis by comparing actuals against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
Build and maintain financial models, reports, dashboards, and analysis using Excel.
Track spending, identify cost trends, and highlight opportunities for cost optimization.
Partner with business teams to understand financial drivers and improve financial performance.
Prepare monthly/quarterly management reporting and explain key financial movements.
Support month-end and year-end financial activities and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Translate financial data into clear business insights and recommendations for management.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
