• Partner with business management team to establish standard reporting analysis process (including pricing and cost reduction) and provide timely insights of P&L variances. 与业务管理团队合作，建立标准的报告分析流程（包括报价和成本降低），并及时了解损益差异。
• Drive business and Finance team to fully comply with ASSAABLOY Accounting policy and ERP utilization requirements. 督促业务团队和财务团队完全遵守集团会计政策及ERP使用要求。
• Manage the plant month-end closing process and prepare monthly operation performance reports including variance analysis. 管理工厂月末结账流程，编制月度运营绩效报告，包括差异分析。
• Develop and implement budgeting and financial reporting systems to provide timely and relevant plant financials. 制定并实施预算及财务报告系统，及时提供相关的工厂财务信息。
• Improve monthly closing process to assist the business leaders in monitoring operation monthly and drive improvement action plan. 改进月度结账流程，协助业务领导每月监控运营情况，并推动改进行动计划。
• Responsible for monthly bridges, walks and reconciliations as needed in order to explain major divers in the financial results to improve the business performance and efficiency.

• Support business review presentations, in-depth analysis of (1) Order and Sales, (2) Direct Material, (3) Direct Labour, (4) production cost saving and productivity, (5) P&L variance and key drivers of the variance as well as recommendation to improve plant performance. 支持业务回顾、深入分析以下情况：（1）订单和销售，（2）直接材料，（3）直接劳动力，（4）生产成本节约和产能，（5）损益差异和差异的关键因素，以及改进工厂绩效的建议。
• Prepare Finance presentations for performance reviews and business meetings. 为绩效评估和业务会议准备财务数据。
• Maintain appropriate Financial Control environment including maintaining books and records, reconciliations, journals, month end close in accordance with Company guideline. 维护恰当的财务控制环境，包括根据公司的指导方针维护财务记录、往来账目、月末结账等。
• Conduct regular Balance Sheet reviews and reconciliations with the individual entities within China as needed. 根据需要定期对资产负债表进行审查，并与境内的各个实体进行对账。
• Act as system expert for reporting tools (Hyperion) 负责报告工具（Hyperion）上的申报工作。
• Support ad hoc projects or business requests. 支持临时项目或业务请求。
• Cultivate strong working relationships within APAC operation and Finance teams.

• Lead with a strong compliance and integrity mindset 合规及诚信的领导财务团队工作。
• Any other tasks assigned by finance manager.

任职要求Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with multi-national company in the capacity of financial planning and analysis supporting a Sales and/or marketing organization and/or manufacture environment 6年以上跨国公司财务规划及分析岗位任职经验，有支持销售组织及制造团队的工作经验。
• CA or CPA preferred 有会计资格证及注册会计资格证者优先。
• Professional experience - familiarity with IFRS and local accounting/tax obligations 专业经验-熟悉国际财务报告准则（IFRS）和当地会计/税务义务。
• Sound business acumen and quantitative & analytical skills with a good detail orientation 良好的商业头脑和定量分析能力，并具有良好的细节导向能力。
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task 良好的组织能力和多任务能力。
• Execution focused, ability to set and meet aggressive goals and objectives 执行能力强，能够设定积极的目标并致力于不断实现该目标。
• Good oral and written communication skills 良好的口头和书面沟通能力。
• Change agent and embrace process changes 积极推动流程的革新。
• Experience with ERP implementation

具有ERP实施经验。

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese is a must 英语及普通话听说读写流利。
