Financial Analyst

Join our corporate finance team and play a key role in financial reporting, group consolidation, analysis, and compliance. We’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who is ready to take the next step in their finance career.
What You’ll Be Doing

Financial Reporting & Closing
* Assist the Assistant Finance Manager with month-end and year-end full-set account closing.
* Review transactions, journal entries, and schedules prepared by the Finance Executive.
* Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with MFRS/IFRS.
Group Consolidation & Intercompany
Assist with financial consolidation across multiple group entities.
* Manage intercompany billings, transactions, and monthly reconciliations.
* Investigate and resolve intercompany discrepancies.
Financial Analysis & Business Support
* Perform variance analysis and identify key financial trends.
* Prepare management reports, presentations, and financial insights.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial projects.
Audit, Tax & Compliance
* Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.
* Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents for statutory audits and tax submissions.
* Ensure financial and statutory requirements are met within deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in this role
* 1–2 years of external audit experience is highly preferred
* Experience in group consolidation and intercompany transactions is an advantage
* ACCA, CPA, CIMA or other professional qualifications will be an added advantage
* Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work with auditors, tax agents, external stakeholders, and junior team members
* Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively in Mandarin reconciliation team
* Adaptable, proactive, willing to learn, and a strong team player.
