year of experience who have a strong interest in finance, accounting, and financial analysis. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing financial reports, management reports, and business analysis. Analyze financial data, revenue, expenses, profitability, and business performance. Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections. Perform variance analysis by comparing actual results with budgets and forecasts. Prepare financial models, reports, and presentations for management. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities. Analyze trends and identify key factors affecting financial performance. Maintain and update financial databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools. Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities. Assist in monitoring key financial and operational KPIs. Conduct research and analysis to support business and investment decisions. Assist with cost analysis and identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Reconcile financial data and investigate discrepancies when required. Collaborate with accounting, operations, sales, and management teams. Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure data integrity. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as assigned. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and charts. Understanding of financial statements such as the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement. Basic knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Strong numerical and analytical abilities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to organize and analyze large amounts of financial information. Preferred Qualifications Internship or academic project experience in finance, accounting, investment analysis, or business analytics. Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python is an advantage. Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques. Understanding of FP&A, variance analysis, and KPI reporting. Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus. Certifications such as CFA, FMVA, NISM, or relevant finance certifications are an advantage.
