Senior business modeller, benefits realization and Power BI

In this role, you'll build business and financial models, measure the value created by strategic initiatives, and create dashboards that support senior management decisions. You'll work with Finance, Portfolio teams, Business Owners and project teams.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 7 to 10 years of experience in business analysis, business modelling, financial analysis, transformation, portfolio management or a related field.
• Strong experience in Benefits Realization , from defining baselines and targets to measuring realized value.
• Experience with business modelling and financial modelling, including forecasting, scenarios and variance analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to build structured and auditable models.
• Hands-on experience creating dashboards and executive reports in Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience defining KPIs, baselines, targets and monetization parameters with Finance and Business Owners.
• Knowledge of value attribution, including incremental value measurement and the prevention of double counting.
• Experience working with Portfolio, Finance, Business and project teams.
• Ability to standardize benefit measurement methods, governance and reporting cadence.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial and business information into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English.

WHAT WILL YOU DO? 👈

• Build and maintain business and financial models for strategic initiatives.
• Define benefits, KPIs, baselines, targets and measurement methods with business and Finance stakeholders.
• Quantify expected and realized value across a portfolio of initiatives.
• Establish monetization parameters and document the assumptions behind each calculation.
• Track forecasts, actual results, variances and benefit realization over time.
• Review value attribution across initiatives and identify potential double counting.
• Develop and maintain an executive-level Benefits Performance Dashboard in Power BI.
• Standardize reporting methods, measurement approaches and reporting cadence across teams.
• Work with Portfolio, Finance, Business Owners and project teams to collect, validate and interpret data.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations for senior management.
• Support decision-making by turning complex financial and operational information into practical insights.
• Keep models, calculations and reporting processes consistent, traceable and easy to audit.
