Finance Analyst

This position manages the preparation of financial statements, oversees bookkeeping operations, maintains subsidiary ledgers, and ensures full compliance with statutory, tax, and BIR reporting requirements for assigned retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a full set of financial statements for assigned retirement plans (at least 10 accounts).
• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping operations and update subsidiary ledgers.
• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
• Monitor, prepare, and file statutory and tax-related requirements in a timely manner.
• Handle the yearly filing of books of accounts with the BIR and process the annual alpha list of employees.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) title is preferred.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in accounting or auditing.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and a compliance-driven mindset.
