Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Record salaries, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions in QuickBooks.
• Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports, including Profit and Loss Statements and Balance Sheets.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation to ensure that company records match bank transactions.
• Prepare and submit required tax reports, including Alphalist of Payees, withholding tax summaries, and SLSP.
• Prepare and update manual books of accounts using Excel.
• Handle daily check preparation and issuance.
• Process billing, expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash replenishment.
• Receive, check, and organize financial documents from different companies.
• Monitor and maintain inventory records.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and supported by complete documents.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related course.
• With experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping is an advantage.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with BIR reports and tax-related documents is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.

Pay: Php19,630.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
