Financial Analyst

Job Title: Controls / Risk Analyst (Dutch, or German or Italian Speaking)

Location: Lași, Romania – 700051

Duration: 6–8 Months Contract (Possible Extension)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite / 3 Days Remote

Note:

We are looking for a Dutch, or German or Italian Speaking Controls / Risk Analyst with a strong Finance/Accounting background and experience in AP, AR, O2C, internal controls, risk assessment, and controls testing .

• Dutch/Italian/German
• Based in Romania , preferably Iași
• Comfortable with 2 days onsite / 3 days remote

Responsibilities

• Review AP, AR & O2C processes and internal controls
• Conduct process walkthroughs, risk assessments and controls testing
• Identify control gaps and recommend improvements
• Document testing evidence, findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with finance teams, auditors and process owners
• Support controls documentation and knowledge transfer
• Report findings and progress to stakeholders
