Financial Analyst

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with strong forecasting, financial analysis, and project accounting experience? We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team and play a key role in managing the financial performance of projects and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the financial performance and profitability of assigned contracts/work numbers.
• Perform financial planning activities including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, analysis, reconciliation, controls, and month-end closing.
• Prepare financial forecasts, actuals, and management reports for various stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Delivery/Project Executives (DPEs) to assess backlog revenue and OPV for forecasting purposes.
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and validity of project revenue, cost, and expense recordings.
• Review and submit forecasts within established monthly cut-off timelines and ensure timely loading into IPPF.
• Conduct regular financial deep-dive sessions with Project Managers and DPEs to identify and implement Gross Profit (GP) improvement initiatives.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to support business decisions and project profitability.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
• Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Experience in project accounting, revenue recognition, and cost management.
• Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and financial modeling skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Php38,000.00 - Php41,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Financial Analyst: 3 years (Preferred)
• financial planning/reporting, forecasting, budgeting: 2 years (Required)
• project accounting, revenue recognition, and cost management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Stakeholder management: 2 years (Required)
• Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• CPA (Required)
