We're Hiring: Financial Analyst | FP&A

Hybrid Opportunity | Up to $95K Base Salary

Location: Irving, Texas

We are partnering with a growing, well-established organization seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join its Finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving complex business problems, and turning financial data into meaningful insights. We're looking for someone who brings more than technical skills—someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to take ownership and grow professionally.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of financial analysis or FP&A experience, preferably within a larger organization.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate financial insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive mindset, strong initiative, and a genuine desire to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in distribution, manufacturing, aerospace, or a related industry.
• Familiarity with Power BI and/or Planful.
• Experience supporting operational or business-unit financial performance.

Compensation: Up to $95K base salary

Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week, with flexibility.
