Job Description:

Collect, analyse, and validate financial and operational data.

Monitor project costs, budgets, and resource allocation.

Track project time and expenditure to support financial reporting.

Prepare financial models, forecasts, and budget reports.

Conduct variance analysis and investigate cost deviations.

and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

month-end reporting, reconciliations, and financial close processes.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

Engage with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Improve reporting processes through automation and continuous enhancement.

Ensure financial data integrity and compliance with reporting requirements.

Skills & Experience:

Tertiary degree

3 + years experience in a financial analyst or data analytics role

Ability to join a new department and assist in setting up the functions

Advanced Excel including manipulating large data sets

Exposure to writing fomulas and designing visual presentations in Power BI

Qualification:

BCom Qualification in finance, analytics or accounting

Salary

R35 000 - R40 000 monthly
