Job Summary

The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing revenue and reimbursement data, supporting accurate financial reporting and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance.

Operating within a Global Business Services environment, this role supports cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence and service delivery outcomes. The position works closely with U.S.-based finance, accounting and business stakeholders to support revenue integrity, compliance and informed decision-making.

What you'll do

• Analyze financial and operational revenue data to identify trends, variances and performance improvement opportunities
• Validate revenue transactions and reimbursement data to support accurate financial reporting and revenue recognition
• Review payer agreements, reimbursement arrangements and contract terms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
• Conduct revenue and reimbursement audits to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare and reconcile revenue-related reports, statements and invoices in partnership with finance and accounting teams
• Collaborate with finance, accounting and business stakeholders to resolve revenue discrepancies and support timely invoicing processes
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports to monitor revenue performance, forecast outcomes and support business decisions
• Recommend process improvements that enhance revenue accuracy, compliance and operational efficiency
• Support cross-functional initiatives related to revenue management and financial performance analysis
• Maintain data integrity and documentation standards across revenue-related activities

Requirements

Experience

• 1+ year of experience in financial analysis, revenue analysis, reimbursement analysis or revenue accounting required
• Knowledge of financial reporting, revenue recognition and audit processes required
• Experience in healthcare, group purchasing organization (GPO) or a related industry preferred
• Knowledge of reimbursement methodologies, payer contracts and revenue performance analytics preferred

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field required
• Equivalent combination of post-secondary education and relevant work experience considered

Licenses and Certifications

• No licensure or certification required
• Advanced coursework or certifications in analytics, reimbursement management or revenue cycle operations preferred
