About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to interpret financial data accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, reports, revenue, expenses, and cost trends.
• Prepare financial models, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Develop periodic financial reports and dashboards for management.
• Assist with cash flow analysis, profitability assessments, and financial planning.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to gather financial information and support business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, or budgeting is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and financial modeling.
• Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial metrics.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work according to US business hours.
