Financial Analyst

A mission-driven school in the Scarsdale area is hiring a Financial Analyst to join its business office. Reporting directly to the CFO, this person owns the reporting and systems side of the school's finances - turning budget, enrollment, and operational data into clear insights that guide leadership and board decisions.

You'll build and maintain budget variance models and management reporting, support the annual budget and forecasting cycle, and reconcile data across the school's student information and accounting systems. You'll also play a key role in finance system implementations and migrations, and in automating manual processes to improve accuracy and visibility.

Requirements

• 1-4+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or business systems
• Hands-on experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Onsite in the Scarsdale area, five days a week

Preferences

• Experience with system implementations, migrations, or integrations (ERP/finance systems)
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct, NetSuite, ADP, or Ramp
• Project management or process improvement experience
• Nonprofit, school, or mission-driven organization experience
