Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Project-based
Salary: PHP 20,000 – PHP 25,000 per month (negotiable depending on experience)

About the Role: We are seeking a highly detailed and analytical Finance Analyst for a 6-month agency-hired deployment with our client. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the company’s financial health by handling financial reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Perform comprehensive variance analysis and clearly present findings to the management team.
• Assist and provide necessary support for both internal and external audit requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely compliance with government and regulatory reporting standards, including BIR, SEC, and other relevant agencies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 to 3 years of proven experience in general accounting, financial analysis, or related finance functions.

• Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (must be highly capable with pivot tables and financial modeling).
  • Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is a strong plus.

• Industry Background: Open to all industries; no specific industry experience is required.

• Attributes: Strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and good communication skills for presenting financial data to management.
